Polar fleece is a kind of knitted fabric. It is woven by a circular knitting machine. After weaving, the fabric is dyed first and then processed by various finishing processes such as brushing, carding, shearing, and polar fleece.

Features: The fleece is fluffy and dense, and is not easy to lose hair and pilling. The backside is sparse and well-proportioned, the fluff is short, and the tissue texture is clear, fluffy, and elastic. Its ingredients are generally polyester, soft to the touch, and it is the first choice to keep out the cold in winter.
Advantage:
●The front of the fabric is brushed, the fleece is fluffy and dense, and it is not easy to lose lint and pilling.
●The effect of keeping warm is good.
●The polar fleece can also be compounded with all fabrics to make the effect of keeping out the cold better.
Disadvantage:
●Complex processing is prone to problems. All polyester components are prone to static electricity (antistatic additives can be added or fibers with good hygroscopicity can be introduced to reduce static electricity).
Polar fleece buyer notes
Polar fleece is widely used for hoodies, jackets, pullovers, blankets and winter accessories because it offers warmth, softness and relatively practical production cost. The right quality depends on GSM, fiber content, brushing level, anti-pill finish and intended garment use.
For sampling, buyers should share target weight, handfeel, color, application and quality requirement. A supplier can then recommend whether to use an existing fleece base or develop a custom specification. If certification documents are needed, confirm the requirement before sampling and bulk order planning.
